There is an opening on the MPA Board for a Communications and Publicity chair. Duties are:

  • Take notes at monthly MPA meetings and distribute to all MPA members
  • Help president with agenda if needed
  • Update MPA website with MPA information and announcements
  • Prepare and submits news releases to partner parishes, newspapers, radio, TV, cable outlets, etc.
  • Submit MPA and music department event information to all internal and external contacts
